We use the information we collect solely to provide, maintain, and improve the WatchPing service, including monitoring your endpoints, sending alerts, and processing payments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details — Razorpay handles all payment processing securely on our behalf.

Authentication

You may sign in using Google OAuth or a magic link sent to your email. We only receive the basic profile information (name, email) needed to create and secure your account.

Data Protection & Your Rights

We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
