Service Description

WatchPing provides uptime monitoring for websites and APIs, including scheduled checks, multi-location confirmation, and alerts via WhatsApp and other channels when your endpoints go down.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis and processed securely through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Refund Policy

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WatchPing to monitor endpoints you do not own or do not have permission to monitor, to abuse, overload, or attack any system, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WatchPing after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
